Collagen Protein Bars


I love eating these for breakfast or when I'm hungry but really do not feel like making myself a whole bowl of vegetables. Plus their so, so healthy for you using collagen and bone broth protein. 


Coconut oil is also one of those so healthy foods that your brain and body can not get enough of. Just so so healthy for you.


Collagen Protein Bar Recipe:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup collagen protein

1/4 cup bone broth collagen

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

3 tab birch xylitol

Melt coconut oil and add in to a medium mixing bowl, all ingredients than stir well. Pour into a 9x9 pan, lined with wax paper. Freeze until hard than cut. Store in the freezer.
